dental office design services

Your dental office design plan includes, all five elements of an interior branding strategy:

  • Color, Light, & Texture
  • Human Interaction design and training
  • Application of Technology
  • Ergonomic evaluation and design
  • Identification of the “Defining Touch”

The Color, Light, & Texture portion of the design incorporates all of those items typically associated with an Interior Design plan, such as:

  • Overall color and style scheme
  • Paint colors
  • Floor coverings
  • Lighting
  • Doors and door hardware
  • Bath fixtures and hardware
  • Window treatments
  • Furniture
  • Accessories
  • Artwork

The Human Interaction portion of the design includes mapping critical interactions that impact the client’s Total Experience, designing how these interactions will take place, and training.

A complete discussion of appropriate uses of technology and degrees of techologies is the focus of the Technology Application design component.

Every design includes an evaluation and application of ergonomic considerations to reduce injuries, improve work flow, and enhance the client Total Experience.

While this is often listed as the “Fifth Element”, each project begins with discussions to determine the “Defining Touch” that sets your practice apart from all of its competition.  These discussions form the foundation upon which all other design elements are built.

our process

Idea generation is random – once the idea is defined, the process is absolute.

Our dental office design fee for an interior branding project includes five trips to your project site (not including travel expenses)

  • Project introduction and scope definition.  During this trip we will uncover the “Defining Touch”, map out the Human Interactions, and discuss the level of Technologies to be included in the overall design.
  • Design presentation and site walk through.
  • Contractor Meeting and site walk through. This is typically timed for color consultation with the Contractor.
  • Delivery of funiture and artwork and training session on Human Interactions.
  • Project wrap up, final walk through, and training follow-up.

our fees

While we think everyone needs to pay attention to and invest in their interior branding message, just not everyone needs the full scope of these services.  Some just need a simple face-lift for their office.  Well, we do this to.

Our fees typically start about $2 per square foot for a simple face-lift re-model.  So much depends upon the scope and complexity of your individual project and needs that we prefer to talk with you about your needs before quoting an exact fee.  Just as we create a unique office just for you, we tailor our fees to meet your specific needs.
